Pre-Season conditioning begins Monday, October 16th from 3:45 to 5:00 in the weight room. Mondays will be soccer strength training and Wednesdays will be speed training. These sessions are not mandatory, but will have a big impact on the upcoming season. Sessions are both guys and girls. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU MUST SUBMIT A CURRENT PHYSICAL AND PROOF OF INSURANCE BEFORE YOU CAN PARTCIPATE IN THE CONDITIONING SESSIONS.
